Tabata Strength Training – Mainstreet Gym

Tabata Strength Training is essential to increase your metabolism when building muscle and losing fat. In this class we use dumbbells, barbells, resistance tubing, glute bands, swiss balls, gliders, body weight, power bands and more! This will shape and sculpt your body.  Each class includes working all major muscle groups. Tabata Strength training structure is based on timed working sets.

 

High Fitness – Big Gym

High Fitness takes old school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as HIIT training, plyometrics, intervals of strength, cardio and more. You can go high or you can go low, but you’ll always leave feeling HIGH! {And its just a really fun class!}

 

Indoor Cycling – Mainstreet Gym

For those of you looking for a high intensity cardio workout, this class is for you! This is a challenging workout for even you die hards!! Modifications are offered in all classes for those who are just starting the class or have limitations. A water bottle is required, and we encourage bringing a sweat towel…..you’ll need it!

 

Fit Kardio – Mainstreet Gym

This “Non traditional” circuit method, supports cardiovascular health and performance, while keeping your muscle gains. {not steal} We will alternate functional {strength type} training in a circuit format with short recoveries to increase heart rate. Exercises include body weight exercises, battle rope, ladders, football runs, stairs, jump rope, sled runs, hill climbs on a bike, core, and more!

 

Yoga – Mainstreet Gym

Yoga is a journey to align the physical body, purify the nervous system, and develop stillness of mind and concentration. Combining this will help prevent injury, stress, pain and disease.  You will not only eliminate toxins and calories, but will increase your strength and flexibility.  Everybody loves Yoga, you may just not know it yet! Be sure to drink plenty of water following a Yoga class!
