Group Fitness Schedule

Strength Training

Strength Training is the most important thing you can to do increase your metabolism and burn excess fat. In this class we use dumbbells, resistance tubing, Swiss balls, your own body weight, and more. This will shape and sculpt your body.

Focus is working all major muscle groups including abs, 3 times a week.


8am classes

The 8 am class is an excellent place to start…Geared for Seniors or those just beginning an exercise program. It is a low impact class that will challenge members to increase their fitness level. A variety of classes are offered to keep you motivated and challenged.


Indoor Cycling

For those of you looking for a high intensity cardio workout that will burn fat and kick your butt, this class is for you! This is a challenging workout for even you die hards!! Due to the high intensity level, your body will continue to burn fat for up to 24 hours. Modifications are offered in all classes for those who are just starting the class or have limitations. A water bottle is required.


H.I.I. T.

This “High Intensity Interval Training” style cardio class will help your body burn calories for up to 24 hours after your workout. We will alternate high intensity training in a circuit format with short recoveries. (box jumps/sprints/latters/football runs/stairs/jumprope/boxing, cycling: are many of the exercises.)


Turbo Kick

Kick….Sweat….Box….your way into a new level of fitness! Using techniques from the sport of kickboxing with a little “flavor”. You will challenge your heart and strengthen your core.



Is… ~ athletic~ inspired by the mind/body practices of Pilates and yoga. With Piyo, you will improve not only in strength, flexibility, and balance but also reduce stress and improve your overall fitness level.



Let Zumba move you! This easy to follow dance based fitness class mixes traditional cumbia, salsa, merengue, and reggaeton to Latin music. This is one class that will put a smile on your face while you sweat away the calories.



Yoga is a journey to align the physical body, purify the nervous system, and develop stillness of mind and concentration. All of this combined will help to prevent injury, stress, pain and disease.  You will not only eliminate toxins and calories, but will increase your strength and flexibility.  Everybody loves yoga, they just don’t know it yet!
